Tablet Magazine
Tablet is an American Jewish online magazine founded in 2009 by Jewish non-profit Nextbook. It is generally regarded as an influential address for high-level reporting and arguments regularly cited by the New York Times, the Washington Post, Associated Press, The New Yorker, and others, and has a stable of Pulitzer-Prize-winning writers and editors as well as two National Magazine Awards.
Frances is a regular contributor to Tablet. Recently she has published a series of articles about artists and writers who lived in Europe before the Second World War, passing on their gifts to a new generation. She has also written extensively about modern and contemporary art and design with a special interest in lives of things that are witnesses and markers of our lives, carrying our fingerprints while experiencing their own fate.
